You get the use, I keep the copyright. Pick the level that matches where your images will be seen.

Included
Your website, online stores, printed sales materials, sell sheets, catalogs, and social posts. Use them as long as you like. Non-exclusive.

Digital only: sponsored posts, Google and Meta ads, paid digital campaigns.

Boxes, labels, in-store displays, print ads and billboards.

I won’t license the images to anyone else.

Unlimited use, anywhere, forever.
Percentages apply to the creative fee after volume discounts, not add-ons, expenses or rush.
Licensing applies only to images I shoot, not to client-supplied photos.
Example: a $1,000 shoot used in Meta ads is $1,500 total.

How we’ll work together

Send the brief, and I’ll come back with a quote.

Lock it in
Sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit to hold your date (projects of $500 or more).

Shoot day
I handle lighting, styling and direction, in my studio or on location.

First look
Proofs within about 5 business days, or sooner with rush delivery (+25% under 5 business days, +50% under 48 hours).

Refine
2 revision rounds included. Additional rounds $50 each.

Delivered
Final files plus your license, with the balance due before full-resolution delivery.
Props at cost +15%. Other expenses (rentals, stylists, talent, travel) as quoted. Deposits are non-refundable; canceling within 48 hours of the shoot also bills work completed and non-refundable expenses (see terms).
